If your computer is suffering from a software problem then there are two ways in which we can rectify this, a full format is quicker, and you get your PC returned quicker or diagnostic tests which could be time consuming, and could leave you with out your PC for quite a while.

We aim to have your PC back to you at the earliest opportunity.

If an Engineer has to install software you have to have the CD or Floppies available for them to use, also to keep the costs down to you the customer we can collect your PC & return repaired
Note we will always leave you a receipt for goods taken to office.
